Access the Help Desk (General Tab)

Acces the Help Desk

To access the Help Desk in TeamKeeper.  The employee will need to log in using their credentials. Next, they will click the General tab and select Help Desk from the drop-down box. 

Here, the employee can start a Chat with a TeamKeeper representative.
