This report allows you to view an employee's clock in status, clock in time and if they were on time according to their employee schedule for the current date.
The In/Out Activity Report gives you a snapshot of your employee In/Out activity for the current day. You are able to select one or more groups to view their employee's In/Out times. If an employee has a schedule created in Scheduling -> Schedule Management there will also be information on if the employee was on time or late.
This report can be found by going Administrator -> Reports
Input:
Group Options - Select one or more Groups you want to view the Employee's clock in status for. To include former Groups, choose 'Load non-active' or 'Load all' to display all Groups. If you want to select a Sub Group, use the "Include SubGroups in Results" checkbox.
Output:
Each row of the results lists an employee for the group, their in/out time if available and how this time correlates to their employee schedule if they have one.
