This report allows you to view one or more employee's hours over a date range broken down by charge code before being totaled for that employee.
This report can be found by going Administrator -> Reports
Running this report will allow you to view one or more of your employee's hours that have been saved to the timesheet over a given date range. The hours will be broken down by Authorized Charge and then totaled for each employee.
Input:
Employee Options - Select an employee to view their hours. To include former employees, choose 'Load non-active' or 'Load all' to display all employees.
Org Options - Select one or more Organizations that you want to view the Groups for.
Group Options - Select one or more Groups you want to view the hours for. To include former Groups , choose 'Load non-active' or 'Load all' to display all Groups.
Dates - Select the date range you want to view hours for.
Output:
The output breaks down an employee's hours by Authorized Charge and then displays a total of the employees total hours worked over the given period.
