Troubleshooting the Prepopulation of a Holiday Schedule

  1. Verify error message in the "activity.log" file.  
  2. Look in the database for the "leave_var_pt_id" value.
  3. Look at the Leave Config at Holiday
  4. Note the pay types.
  5. Verify that the Holiday is assigned to the employee in the Employee Leave Setup.
  6. Look at the Timesheet Prepop Schemes.
  7. Verify that the employee is assigned to the Prepop Scheme.
  8. Verify the employee is assigned to Holiday Schedules.
  9. Look at Schedules to verify the next Holiday is on the employee's Schedule.  Just good to look to see if the Holiday Schedules prepop is working properly. Also, good to verify if In/Outs exist on Schedules.
  10. Verify that the employee has authorized charge(s) for the pay type(s) noted in step 4.
