Missed Punch Report Standard Report

This report allows you to see employees who have missed an In or Out punch over a given date range.

For sites that use the In/Out section of the timesheet, the Missed Punch Report can be used to quickly show employees who have an In punch without an Out punch or vice versa for each day over the chosen date range. 

To run the report, go to Administrator > Reports 

 

Running the Report:

Group Options - Select one or more Groups you want to view the missing punches for. To include former Groups , choose 'Load non-active' or 'Load all' to display all Groups

Employee Options - Select an employee to view their missing punches.

Dates - Select the date range you want to view missing punches for. 

 

Results:

Each punch missing its pair is displayed under the day the In/Out time is missing. If the report is run for multiple employees, each employee will be displayed on their own line of the report.
