The Pay Type Hours Report shows the hours charged to one or more Pay Types broken down by Employee before being totaled.
The Pay Type Hours Report can be used to view the hours charged to one or more Pay Types. Each Pay Type's hours are broken down by employee before being totaled. The Charge Code and Task# used by each employee for that pay type is also displayed.
This report can be found by going Administrator -> Reports
Input:
Pay Type Options - Select on or more Pay Types you want to view the hours for. To include former Pay Types, choose 'Load non-active' or 'Load all' to display all Pay Types.
Org Options - Select one or more Organizations that you want to view the Groups for.
Group Options - Select one or more Groups you want to view the Employee's Pay Type hours for. To include former Groups , choose 'Load non-active' or 'Load all' to display all Groups. If you want to select a Sub Group, use the "Include SubGroups in Results" checkbox.
Dates - Select the date range you want to view hours for.
Output:
The results for each pay type are broken down by employee before being totaled. The total number of hours for all pay types are listed at the bottom of the report.
