This report displays one or more employee's In Punch, Out Punch and total hours worked verses their scheduled punches.
The Scheduled/Actual Hours Comparison Report allows you to quickly view one or more employee's actual In/Out punches and actual hours worked vs their scheduled punches over a selected date range. Employees will need to use the In/Out section of the timesheet as well as have a schedule set in the Scheduling -> Schedule Management page to show up on this report.
This report can be found by going Administrator -> Reports
Input:
Group Options - Select the Group(s) you want to view employees for.
Employee Options - Select an employee(s) you wish to view the actual vs scheduled punches for.
Dates - Select the date range you would like to view actual vs scheduled punches for.
Output:
Each row of the report displays one employee's scheduled punches for one of the selected days vs their actual punches and hours in the last column. If the employee does not have punches or a schedule for the selected day, "Total Hrs: 0.0" will display.
