This article summarizes the Accounting Data Management Reminder notification emails that can be sent by the TeamKeeper system and are found by going to Administrator > Notifications.

The Accounting Data Management Reminders section appears in the left hand column of the Notification Configuration page. A checkbox to the left of a notification means that it is enabled for your site.
Clicking on a notification brings its info up on the right hand side of the page.

New Org Added - Alerts accountants to the creation of a new Organization.
- Accountant - A new organization: [organization] - added to the database on [current date].
New Group Added - Alerts accountants to the creation of a new Group.
- Accountant - A new group: [Group] - added to the database on [current date].
New Charge Code Added - Alerts accountants to the creation of a new Charge Code.
- Accountant - A new Chare code: [charge code] - added to the database on [current date].
