# Employee Profile Reminders/Notifications
## This article summarizes the Employee Profile Reminder notification emails that can be sent by the TeamKeeper system and are found by going to Administrator \> Notifications.
All notification emails that can be sent by the TeamKeeper system can be found by going to Administrator -\> Notifications. For steps on enabling a notification, [click here](https://knowledge.teamkeeper.com/enabling-an-email-notification-in-teamkeeper?hsLang=en).
The Employee Profile Reminders section appears in the left hand column. A checkbox to the left of a notification means that it is enabled for your site.
Clicking on a notification brings its info up on the right hand side of the page.
Each of these notifications is described below including the email message that will be sent to each role if enabled. For a detailed description of each notification and what triggers it, click here.
**Paystub Withdraw Consent** - Notifies recipients that an employee has withdrawn consent to view online paystubs.
- **Employee** - Your consent has been withdrawn to view your pay stub online. If you have any questions please send an email to \[contact email\] Thanks.
- **Accountant** - \[first name\] \[last name\] employee NO.: \[number\] - has withdrawn his/her consent for online accessing of pay stub.
**Paystub Accept Consent** - Notifies when an employee consents to viewing paystubs electronically.
- **Employee** - If you wish to revoke your consent, click the Withdraw Consent link on your pay stub screen. If you have any questions, please send an email to \[contact email\]
- **Accountant** - \[first name\] \[last name\] employee NO.: \[number\] - has consented to view pay stub electronically.
**Employee Import Service Errored** - Notifies administrators when there is an error in the employee import file and not all records were successfully imported.
- **Admin** - Some errors occurred during the employee import. Please check error log for details.
**Employee Pay Stub Posted** - Notifies employees when their pay stub has been uploaded and can now be viewed.
- **Employee** - Your pay stub for the last pay period has been posted and it is ready for you to view.
**Employee Password Changed** - Gives the employee a temporary password after they use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
- **Employee** - Your temporary password is \[password\]. Please change your password at first login.
**Employee Personal Information Changed** - Alerts the recipient that a user has changed the personal information inside a user's profile.
- **Employee** - Your personal information has been changed in the database. The following field(s) were modified: \[list of fields modified\]
- **Manager** - Employee \[name\] personal information has been changed in the database. The following field(s) were modified: \[list of fields modified\]
- **HumanResource** - Employee \[name\] personal information has been changed in the database. The following field(s) were modified: \[list of fields modified\]
- **BackupManager** - Employee \[name\] personal information has been changed in the database. The following field(s) were modified: \[list of fields modified\]
**Assign Role To Employee** - Alerts an employee that a new role has been assigned to them.
- **Employee** - A new role: \[role\] has been assigned to you on \[current date\].
**New Employee Added** - Alerts HR Admins that a new user profile has been created.
- **HumanResource** - A new employee was added to the database on \[current date\]. Employee name: \[first, last\] and employee number: \[number\].
**W-2 Withdraw Consent** - Alerts the recipient that an employee has withdrawn consent to view their W-2 online.
- **Employee** - Your consent has been withdrawn to access your W-2 form(s) online. You will now receive a paper W-2 form in the mail. If you have any questions please send an email to \[contact email\] Thanks.
- **Accountant** - \[first name\] \[last name\] employee NO.: \[number\] - has withdrawn his/her consent for online accessing of W-2 form(s).
**W-2 Accept Consent** - Employee has consented to viewing W-2 forms electronically.
- **Employee** - Your consent was given to receive your W-2 form electronically. You will no longer receive a paper copy of your W-2. To view your form login to the website and select W-2 form from the Employee menu. If you wish to revoke your consent, click the Withdraw Consent link on your W-2 year list screen. If you have any questions, please send an email to \[contact email\].
- **Accountant** - \[First\] \[Last\] employee NO.: \[number\] - has consented to receive W-2 form electronically.
