Employee Timesheet Reminders/Notifications

This article summarizes the Employee Timesheet Reminder notification emails that can be sent by the TeamKeeper system and are found by going to Administrator > Notifications.

The Employee Timesheet Reminders section appears at the top of the left hand column. A checkbox to the left of a notification means that it is enabled for your site. 

 

Each of these notifications is described below including the email message that will be sent to each role if enabled. 

 

Employee Submit request for ATR - Informs the designated receiver of a submitted ATR request by an employee. 

  • Manager - Employee [name] submitted an ATR Request [date submitted].
  • BackupManager - Employee [name] submitted an ATR Request [date submitted].
  • ScheduleManager - Employee [name] submitted an ATR Request [date submitted].

Employee ATR Request Update  - Lets the employee know a change in their ATR request's status.

  • Employee - Your request status is: [status]

Scheduled Daily Timesheet Reminder - Lets the recipient know that time has not yet been charged on an employee's timesheet for the current date. 

  • Employee - You have not yet charged time for the following date: [current date]. Please remember to charge your hours daily.
  • Manager - Employee: [name] has not yet charged time for date: [current date].
  • BackupManager - Employee: [name] has not yet charged time for date: [current date].

Timesheet Acknowledged - Lets an employee know when a timesheet has been acknowledged by a supervisor or client. 

  • Employee - Your timesheet with the ending date of [date] has been acknowledged.

Employee Timesheet Ready for Approval - Informs backup managers when an employee's timesheet has been submitted and is ready to be approved. 

  • BackupManager - The timesheet with an ending date of [date] for employee [name] is ready for approval.

Timesheet Export Service Finished - Alerts users with the accountant role that the timesheet export service has finished. 

  • Accountant - Timesheet Export Service finished at [date time] with following results. [results] 

Timesheet Export Service Started - Alerts users with the accountant role that the timesheet export service has started. 

  • Accountant - Timesheet Export Service started at [date time]

Employee Reaches Overtime Threshold - Alerts managers to employees who have reached the standard 40 hour threshold for overtime. 

  • Manager - Employee [name] has reached the threshold of overtime. 
  • BackupManager - Employee [name] has reached the threshold of overtime. 

Employee Submit Timesheet - Informs managers that a timesheet has been submitted and is ready to be reviewed and approved. 

  • Manager - [name] submitted a timesheet. The timesheet has an ending date of [date] 
  • Client - [name] submitted a timesheet. The timesheet has an ending date of [date]
  • BackupManager - [name] submitted a timesheet. The timesheet has an ending date of [date]

Timesheet Approved - Informs the recipient that a specific timesheet has been approved. 

  • Employee - The timesheet with the ending date [date] has been approved. 
  • Client - Timesheet for [name] with ending date [date] has been approved. 

Timesheet Resubmitted - Informs the recipient that an employee has resubmitted a specific timesheet. 

  • Manager - Employee [name] resubmitted a timesheet. The timesheet has an ending date of [date].
  • Client - Employee [name] resubmitted a timesheet. The timesheet has an ending date of [date].
  • BackupManager - Employee [name] resubmitted a timesheet. The timesheet has an ending date of [date].

Timesheet Unsubmitted - Informs the recipient that a specific timesheet for an employee has been unsubmitted. 

  • Employee - The timesheet belonging to [name], with ending date [date], has been unsubmitted. 
  • Client - The timesheet belonging to [name], with ending date [date], has been unsubmitted. 
  • Manager - The timesheet belonging to [name], with ending date [date], has been unsubmitted. 
  • BackupManager - The timesheet belonging to [name], with ending date [date], has been unsubmitted. 

Timesheet Not Submitted - Informs the recipient that a timesheet for the previous week has not been submitted. 

  • Employee -You have not submitted the timesheet for last week. Please submit your timesheet as soon as possible.
  • Manager - Following employee(s) have not submitted their timesheets for the last week. [list of employees]
  • Client - Following employee(s) have not submitted their timesheets for the last week. [list of employees]
  • Timekeeper - Following employee(s) have not submitted their timesheets for the last week. [list of employees]
  • BackupManager - Following employee(s) have not submitted their timesheets for the last week. [list of employees]

TS Updated By Someone Other Than Employee - Informs the employee that their timesheet has been updated by someone other than themselves. 

  • Employee - The timesheet with an ending date of [date] has been updated by [name]. 

Timesheet Corrected - Informs the recipient of the creation of a corrected timesheet. 

  • Employee - A correction timesheet has been created for [name]. The ending date for the timesheet is [date]. 
  • Manager - A correction timesheet has been created for [name]. The ending date for the timesheet is [date]. 
  • Client - A correction timesheet has been created for [name]. The ending date for the timesheet is [date]. 
  • BackupManager - A correction timesheet has been created for [name]. The ending date for the timesheet is [date]. 

Timesheet Rejected - Informs an employee that their timesheet has been rejected. 

  • Employee - The timesheet with the ending date [ending date] has been rejected.
