Leave Management Reminders/Notifications

This article summarizes the Leave Management Reminder notification emails that can be sent by the TeamKeeper system and are found by going to Administrator > Notifications.

All notification emails that can be sent by the TeamKeeper system can be found by going to Administrator -> Notifications.  For steps on enabling a notification, click here

 

The Accounting Data Management Reminders section appears in the left hand column of the Notification Configuration page. A checkbox to the left of a notification means that it is enabled for your site.

 

Clicking on a notification brings its info up on the right hand side of the page. 

 

Each of these notifications is described below including the email message that will be sent to each role if enabled. For a detailed description of each notification and what triggers it, click here. 

 

Employee Leave Request Update - Alerts the employee when their leave request has been approved or rejected. 

  • Employee - Your leave request for [number] hours of [leave type] leave [start date of leave] and ending on [end date of leave] has been [approved/rejected].

Employee Submit Request For Leave - Alerts managers that an employee leave request has been submitted. 

  • Manager - Employee [name] has submitted a request for [number] hours of [leave type] leave [first date of leave] and ending on [last date of leave].
  • ScheduleManager - Employee [name] has submitted a request for [number] hours of [leave type] leave [first date of leave] and ending on [last date of leave].
  • BackupManager - Employee [name] has submitted a request for [number] hours of [leave type] leave [first date of leave] and ending on [last date of leave].

Leave Service Failed - Informs admin users when the leave service fails. 

  • Admin - Leave Service Failed - [error if any]

Leave Service Success - Informs admin users that the leave service successfully ran. 

  • Admin - Leave Service Ran Successfully.

Leave Accrual Maximum Reached - Informs recipient that a user has accrued the maximum number of hours for a leave and will be unable to accrue more until some hours are taken. 

  • Employee - You have reached the maximum accrual amount for leave [leave name]. 
  • Manager - Employee [name] has reached the maximum accrual amount for leave [leave name].
  • BackupManager - Employee [name] has reached the maximum accrual amount for leave [leave name].
